Here's the real skinny.  From the coast:  Charge up at home using your dryer outlet in the garage.  Drive direct to Issaquah, Cle Elum or Ellensburg where you will use a Supercharger.  Approx cost $2.00  Drive to Pullman.  Use any of the four free "destination" chargers in town.  Charge up during the game.  Drive back to Ellensburg and charge enough to get home.  I do a full charge in Ellensburg $1.70 to get to Aberdeen.
